Afternoon Series Class Dates: 5/3, 5/17, 5/31, 6/14
10:30 - 11:30 Recreation Class ($7 per person)
An hour long exploration of the movement of Nature as reflected in the human body, using a mix of free movement and Noyes Rhythm Technique with classical music accompaniment.
11:30 - 12:00 Technique Class ($5 per person)
A 30 minute class focusing on the foundational techniques of Noyes Rhythm.
$10 per person for both.
